The University Federal Fluminense, Brazil, will investigate a complaint about a party containing Satanic rituals, drugs and orgies at a University campus.

An alleged real human skull was used in a black magic ritual.

The rector of the University Federal Fluminense in the Oyster River in the Lakes Region of Rio, announced on Friday 30th May that an urgent inquiry will be launched to investigate allegations of use of drugs and alcohol.
