Because she was a transgender, she didn't have a lot of choice. Hormone therapy only helps you grow very small breasts, some peoples don't develop much at all so unless they have implants they can't fully feel transformed to a female :)

Such surgical procedures only means making the facial features more petite. Men generally have more definition to their bone structure because it takes longer for a males bones to develop. There are, however, so many other factors to consider when identifying gender through examination of the skeletal structure. One major difference being that there are variations in the sizes of people, i.e., there are small men, and tall women. I am, for instance, a pretty petite male at 5'6'' 120ibs. Other such factors include ethnic differences. |

I have actually been with a male to female transgender girl. She was beautiful and was actually a model. You'd never have picked it. She was pre-op but hated her cock so much she'd never use it for sex.
