Re: Caught on Tape: Texas Cop Executes Handcuffed Suspect
The biggest problem with incarceration is the lack of time intensive structure put upon the inmates. 12 hour shifts, two men to a rack, if someone is unable to work the floor and a pallet are bed with minimum ration. SOMEONE GETS OUT OF LINE HARD LABOR FOR A WEEK WITH MINIMUM RATION AND SOLITARY. If inmates have to work harder in prison or jail, they won't want to come back. No T.V., internet, or magazines only classics.

Re: Caught on Tape: Texas Cop Executes Handcuffed Suspect
i dunno what to think of this one. The man was clearly irate, but handcuffed, and on the ground, with an officer on top. Was a pistol the correct force to use? I say no, but if he was tasered 5 times already etc etc, why wasnt he in a restraint chair, or a restraint jacket? I feel the police dept was responsible for this one. I know if im in my local county jail and act up like he did, id be in the restraint chair in a second, And you cant fight out of that for sure.
