Looks more like a giant eel, or one of those unidentified things those alaska fishermen recently got on tape.
Juvenile Pilot Whale carcass. It's an exact match and the carcass has been identified positively.

The photo I have posted is an adult and the jaws are elongated as is typical for an adult.
