What I can't figure out yet is who decided to post the original video into youtube. Surely, whoever decided to post the video knew that the auto sales shop would get negative publicity from all this.

Well said. Every time I have went into a car dealership I always have gotten that feeling I was going to get fucked royally. The only other times I have felt that way was whenever I talked to the staff sergeant who recruited me into the Marine Corps.
