Great opportunity and great pics....thanks op!

Several years ago, brother and I were returning
from a trip to hunting club we'd joined. Was a
grassy medium w/ cross-over points at intervals
separating the opposing lanes.


Suddenly a pickup truck on the other side veered
off the road near a cross-over point, hit a
culvert in the ditch, and flipped several times,
coming to rest in the grass opposite the cross-over
lane!

We pulled over quickly and ran over to the pickup
truck.....was an older, balding guy behind the
wheel, just staring straight ahead as if in shock.

"Hey buddy, you ok.....man?" we asked. No reply,
just kept staring straight ahead. Noticed his face
was kind of screwed up and there was blood
splatter on his arm. I ducked down to see inside
the cab better.....the whole top of the guy's
head was gone!!

Some ppl who'd been running behind the guy in
the other lane, said that something was wrong with
him....he was veering all over the road before run-
ning into the culvert. They'd been on the phone
with 911 about his driving...when he 'wrecked out'.
Probably had a heart attack or stroke....may have
been already dead when he went off the road! :

It's pretty hard for cars to burst into flames on impact.

Glad you guys enjoyed! And whichever mod was kind enough to fix the photos for me, thank you! Joe4090 man, that must have been a sight! I have never walked up on anything gory. It would probably give me crappy dreams after, even though I am a "oooh that looks bad, poke it with a stick" kinda gal. haha.

yea, it is. It is probably why it burst into flames so easily in the first place.
