A predatory California cop raped a woman after responding to her home on a late-night domestic disturbance call, authorities said.
Prosecutors said San Jose police officer Geoffrey Graves attacked the woman in the early hours of Sept. 22 after driving her to a hotel to get her away from her husband, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.
The 38-year-old cop gave himself up Monday and was booked into a local jail on forcible rape charges.
Investigators said the assault occurred after Graves and three other cops responded to woman's San Jose home after receiving reports that she and her husband had been fighting.
Cops found them drunk and angry, but determined no crime had been committed, the Chronicle reported.

Graves drove the woman to a nearby hotel at around 2:30 a.m., and she went to sleep. The woman had worked as a maid at the hotel before.
Fifteen minutes later, he returned, knocked on her door, forced his way in and raped her, while still wearing "parts of his uniform," prosecutors said, according to the Chronicle.
The woman reported the incident in October.
Graves, a six-year veteran, bonded out of jail Monday and was on paid leave, the department said.
District Attorney Jeff Rosen called the alleged attack "a blight" on the otherwise "stellar" police department.
"The defendant will be held accountable for his unlawful actions," Rosen said.

I've got to say no real shocker there. Cops have been doing so much illegal shit here in Arizona the past year or so whenever you read about an article about someone breaking the law the first thing you do is read close to see if it's a cop!

There are so many cops and ex cops in the prisons here that they could probably ban together and be a new gang in the prisons with more power than the aryan brotherhood, LOL!

That's just speaking of the ones that get prison sentences. It's amazing how many cases where the charges are dropped or not filed to begin with, etc.
