Brentwood, TN - Incident at Governors Club Home Leaves 1 Dead, Two Wounded.
One person was killed and two others were injured in a shooting and stabbing at a home in the Governors Club subdivision in Brentwood. According to Bretwood Police officials, two people were found with stab wounds and one was found dead from a gunshot wound. It happened at 28 Governors Way in the upscale subdivision. The stabbing victims were transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, one of which was in critical condition. The circumstances surrounding this incident are under investigation. The scene is contained and there is no search for a suspect. The identities of the victims were not released pending notification of next of kin. UPDATE: Press conference with more details. Domestic disturbance between husband, wife, and wife’s father. Wife (39) died of stab wound(s) after reaching the hospital. Wife’s Father (78) in surgery from stab wound(s). Husband (55) DOA from gunshot wound(s) received from father. |
