Russia has not executed anyone since 1996; death penalty remains codified, however the Constitutional Court of Russia established a moratorium in 1999 and reaffirmed it in 2009, so de jure is allowed (the only method allowed would be shooting), de facto is not.

The people who created religion have a lot to answer for..... from what I've read the corrupt governments of the world used them as a means to control the people. Like in Roman times, when they made everyone convert to Christianity. It controlled the people better. The Bible is a fraud. Proven. If the bible is a fraud then so is the Q'uran.

People are manipulative and will use anything and everything with which they can manipulate people, conditions, events, circumstances, etc.

To me, the Bible like many other things, can have great value while it can also be misused.

NOT LONG AGO I had SOME empathy for those people....Now I only want our governments to not allow them into our home...our land....our sanctuary...With them is going to come MORE or that^^^^^^ and we will AGAIN have the "CONSTITUTION" thrown in our faces,
