Bob adopted the daughter of Paula Yates and Michael Hutchence after her death. Paula never got over his death supposedly.

I think he tried to be a decent parent. Or did he? He was all over the world.

There were rumors about Bob's hygiene over the years. I saw an interview recently with Paula and him and she was joking with him about it.

Just because her dad has money that makes up for anything bad happening to her? I agree with you that she was spoiled and made some bad choices when she was younger, but I think she was really growing out of that stage. I don't think Bob was a great father to her, he wasn't much better than her mother was. The girl wasn't really permitted to grieve for her mother and that had a huge effect on her and that's why she was such an ass when she was a teen, she was struggling with some heavy shit. So, yeah, she had a fucked up childhood. No trips to Disneyland are going to fix that.
