Doesn't seem to be likely there was a mid air disintegration, if it was a hijack, why no demands?....It can only be to get someone on board or something of value in the cargo hold...And worse case, a future flying bomb.

Its not mentioned much but, 20 employees of Freescale Semiconductors were on board the flight...All engineers and experts in the chip making field. I wonder exactly who they were designing chips for?
