The problem is that their idea of mentally ill varies widely. The tend to lean towards "If we just love him enough, he'll stop," versus punishment & long-term correction, including taking him out of that home-situation.

HONESTLY....I live in the SOUTH and THE SOUTH IS NO MORE LIKELY OR PRONE TO RACISM AS IS THE NORTH. I see it from the south north and from england, and I do not quite understand the reasons....the cause and effect for globally....Black people tend to be LOUD, BOISTEROUS, THREATENING, INTIMIDATING and BULLYING. There is no need for this....but it DOES exist....and THIS should be STUDIED. |
