This is awesome. I think it's only a matter of time till we have bionic replacements for a lot of organs. Sure would be fantastic for those on transplant waiting lists! My mum Dad had a mechanical aortic heart valve. It was as good as a human transplant, he just needed anticoagulant therapy to prevent clots forming around the metal valve.
