That is: it's too easy to die painlessly and instantly after all the shit he did. And anyway crazy thing that what they've made isn't just a ruling, but an Ex post facto law: i would understand it had they changed the things for the future, but this way the ruling is affecting the past: he had NOT the right to choose to die in order to avoid the prison when he committed his crimes, so why this decision now?
Whenever the law is changed for the
better due to some miscarriage of justice, they decide it will only apply to future cases. This guy apparently matters more.
