Anything that brainwashes people into thinking they are better because their invisible man in the sky told them and anybody who doesnt believe what they believe will go to hell is detrimental to society. Religion at any form is dangerous, and it is what makes people take sides and fight over shit that doesnt exist. It's all fucking dangerous and if you side with one over the other you better be prepared for the consequences.

You are missing the point,putting aside the religious concept of god and all the dogmat's - religion is a tool to bring societies together, learning the values and morals of the societies, making them feel like they belong to something good. I would pick christian society everytime and in every situation before islam - and god help me if I had to choose the muslims :)
