Location: Plaza Lokasari, Tamansari, West Jakarta

This lady, Susiana Gautama, is badly injured by one of her customer over a handphone case he didn't receive after 2 weeks.

He used a machete to chop the lady few times resulting the very bad wound.

Her left hand nearly dismember.
