I'm going to start going to counseling........what about the child? There are professionals trained to work with toddlers and post-traumatic abuse.

I feel bad for the mother, but there is no way in HELL I would let someone be in a bedroom alone with my child....even under the guise that they were only "checking on them". You can sit and have coffee with me and I can tell you just as well as my two-year old can. Common fucking sense. I'm sure I will get a few negative responses to this, but someone has to be a champion for the kids, starting with their parents.......

I found it odd a 35 year old man who wasn't a relative was, "visiting", a two year old.

After the car accident, I'd be especially protective of my child!

Andrew was very nice. He works with a theatre group out of Bloomsburg, PA. They were doing, "Dracula", last I knew.

"Pet Sematary", is still one of my favorite movies so I jumped at the chance to meet everyone who was still alive, (for real)!

His grandmother, Carol Hensley, of Petros explains what happened.

HENSLEY: “They was in the library. Mom and Dad and the two kids were in the library down here in Petros.

And Daddy walked out and was putting the 10-month-old in the wagon, and Coltyne, he’s two and half, was supposed to be getting in the wagon but instead he just kinda runned a little bit farther. And this big blue pickup truck, long bed pickup truck runned over his legs.”

Hensley said she was across the street from the library and post office when the accident happened and went running toward her family.

HENSLEY: “And they started screaming for him to ‘stop, stop. There’s the baby. You’ve run over my baby.’

They started to reach down to grab him out but when the reached down to grab him out he pulled back over his legs the second time.”

Hensley recalls kneeling beside her grandson as he lay on the ground.

HENSELY: “He had the complete tire marks on him. He was just laying there lifeless.

We thought he was dead but when I whispered in his ear and said ‘Coltyne, Coltyne.’ I said ‘tell me where you got booboo’ and he said ‘Nana, I got booboo.’”

She goes on to talk about Coltyne Hensley’s condition.

HENSLEY: “They said just to watch him for a few days to see if there has been internal bleeding or anything.

But everybody, all the nurse around and everything at UT kept coming down and saying they wanted to see that miracle child.”

Life Star landed at Petros-Joyner School to transport Coltyne Hensley, who will be three in December, to UT Medical Center.

Tennessee Highway Patrol took the driver of the truck Troy Seiber, age 49, into custody and charged him with second offense driving on a revoked license and DUI. He was released from jail at about 7:30 last night

Michael Bolden, 35,* was charged with aggravated rape of a child.

It was under the guise of checking on her son after his accident that she says their family acquaintance, Bolden, came to their house.

Who the hell let's an acquaintance, that lookslike this, in and play with ur nearly 3 yo kid anyway in a seperate room.

Agreed. The fact a 35 year old male came over to play with a 2 year old in his room should have set some warning signs off.

Excuse me but where was the mother as the child was "Backed over?" Since when do you allow people that are not "Close as family" alone in another room with your child? A neighbor and a male at that, has no business alone with your child. That poor kid should be in protective services.
