Baby Bitten, Beaten
HOUSTON - A 26-year-old man is charged in connection to the alleged beating and biting of an 11-month-old girl. Eric Anthony Walker is charged with injury to a child. He has not yet been apprehended by law enforcement. -- Baby’s Injuries - Kayden Marie Beaver was transported to Texas Children's Hospital with multiple injuries on Oct. 20, 2009, according to court documents. She suffered the following injuries: -- A large bruise covering the left side of the victims face: forehead to neck -- Left eye was swollen shut -- Four round marks on the child’s left shoulder which were bruised and beginning to scab -- A three-inch cylinder-shaped injury/bruise to the victims left inner thigh -- Fractured ribs -- Injury to the right side of the abdomen -- Broken skin inside the victims lip Court documents indicate Kayden may have suffered even more injuries during the incident. -- Walkers Explanation of the Injuries -- The 26-year-old gave an audiotape statement to police, saying he and the child were alone at the location of the incident. He said the child fell three feet to a carpeted floor from a bed. Walker agreed to take a polygraph test on Oct. 26. Court documents allege Walker displayed deception during the test. -- Suspect Changes Story -- In a second statement, Walker gave a differing account from what he told officers before. He said the child did not fall from the bed. Instead he was carrying the child when he hit her head against the door. He then tripped and the child flew out of his arms onto the carpeted floor. Doctors at the hospital said Walkers account of the events were inconsistent with Kayden’s injuries. |

The screws always make sure that nonce cases or sex cases are dealt with accordingly, they make sure the other lags know exactly why they are there, they may have wings to themselves but once in a while they accidentally on purpose look the other way.
