Any Pictures from the Joe Horn Shooting in Texas?
~ Thank you ~ I’m so torn in two hearing this. Shooting someone or two over property [I don’t know] especially when you have sought help via 911? Call and been told to stand down. If it was a human being in trouble, then yeah. Go for it. But property. I don’t know.  |

Unfortunately the shooter will be prosecuted for his actions. If someone's LIFE is in danger, your life is in danger or you are in fear for your LIFE, you are justified in using force but only the force necessary to protect or stop the danger. The shooter screwed himself with his comments...It pisses me off that we slap the hands instead of making the bastards work their asses off in prison but you have to be smart about blowing someone away.

ha......glad to hear he got away with......let's hope the law remains as it is..... fuckers never just break in in my country....they shit in your bed and tear the clothes that don't fit, rape the women who are at home, kill the dog......... best thing is to just shoot them.....but don't get too close cos the AIDS is strong in african men.....

Fuck yes! Same thing happened less than a mile from my house. A guy had his house robbed two times. He sat every night with a loaded shotgun in the living room waiting for the guy. Well, ol' boy came back a third time, got shot, and the homeowner was not charged. You enter someones home in Texas you risk your life.

Agree 100%. Does someone deserve to die for theft? The same people who advocate that are the same that make comments like 'savage moo scum' when it comes to corporal/capital punishment in Islamic nations. Having said that its easy to to discuss things like this with theory and philosophy when we are not the ones in the process of having our front door kicked in. I'm also very torn when it comes to cases like this |
