Acting out is how a child reacts to unhealthy situations in most cases. by the time these actions manifest you have more to deal with that just the issues at home. |

I'm a teacher and we had a student worse than this this year. It was awful. His mom said his behavior was because he was around too many white people. Awful awful. Sweet kid (besides his obvious behavior).

There is a proper way to physically restrain a child. They clearly could have done so. Not sure why they let him rampage.
