It's a steal. Half a million for 10 bedrooms in that area is good. Just did a search and for something that size it's more then 50% of the average for 10 bedrooms in Perugia. Most 6 room places go for a few million

10 bedrooms?? WOW...I thought that meant 10 rooms, like living room, kitchen, dining room, bathrooms plus bedrooms. It looks a lot smaller on the outside...I wish they had pics of the inside to view.

There is a downstairs apartment, too. Where the guy Meredith was having some lovie lovie with lived. He had asked her to watch his pot plants while he was away the weekend she was killed.

The downstairs apartment also happens to be the place where Meredith and Amanda both met Rudy. He was getting high with Giacomo (the guy Meredith was 'seeing') and playing music when Amanda and Meredith showed up. Apparently they all got a little high and the girls stayed for a short while. But, to the Italian authorities that meant Amanda knew Rudy well enough to plan a murderous sex game with.
