Alligator Named Mr Teeth Found Guarding Marijuana
As a deterrent against theft, there’s arguably nothing more effective than an angry alligator called Mr Teeth.

The 1.5m-long (5ft) reptile was found guarding a 15kg (34lb) stash of marijuana at a house in Castro Valley, California.

Shocked authorities came face-to-face with the giant croc, housed in a tank, after entering the home of Assif Mayar earlier this week for a routine probation check.

Mr Mayar told investigators he got the alligator to commemorate rapper Tupac Shakur’s death in 1996.

‘We come across guard dogs like pit bulls quite frequently, but a guard alligator is very unusual,’ Sergeant JD Nelson told KTVU.com.

‘As soon as you get near it, the pleiglass area, the alligator gets agitated.’

The reptile was taken to Oakland Zoo by police, where it was described by animal officials as being ‘very sick’.

‘Having an alligator live across the street from you is outrageous,’ said one angry neighbour. ‘When I drove up, there were six police cars trying to deal with the alligator.’

Mr Mayar was arrested on suspicion of possessing marijuana for sale.

Scared of a reptile that likes to bathe and avoid hassle but will gladly let people own guns.

People who are more aggressive, more violent and illogical.

All of whom can own a gun that can mow a crowd with ease.

It's surprising to me how local pet stores are allowed to legally sell baby alligators. Their like a $100 each.
