Re: AC/DC Drummer Phil Rudd Charged with Attempting to Procure Murder
No it isn't. The main charges were dropped barely 24 hours after being filed not to mention his arrest was a matter of public display as if the cops had apprehended Bin Laden lol. It's pretty humiliating when the office of public prosecution explains why they were dropped too. That means the ones involved in originally laying the charges were too embarrassed. |

Re: AC/DC Drummer Phil Rudd Charged with Attempting to Procure Murder
The charges for drug possession are staying, the 'murder for hire' probably isn't worth pursuing due to lack of evidence and a cost to the tax-payer. NZ cops are as good as anywhere in the world, on their game. |

Re: AC/DC Drummer Phil Rudd Charged with Attempting to Procure Murder
Why lay the charges in the first place then? Why the O.J Simpson style of arrest? Drug charges? Big fucking deal. The fact is Bay of Plenty is a redneck shithole and he's pissed someone off You don't have the countries media tag along for possession charges unless you are trying to prove a point which as it stands they haven't. |

Possession of cannabis and meth and threatening to kill which will probably end his touring. Not sure what O J Simpson has to do with this but the media is responsible for that kind of fiasco not the police. |

Re: AC/DC Drummer Phil Rudd Charged with Attempting to Procure Murder
You're right about the touring,he's not in any of the recent promotions. To me the arrest reeked of when Simpson finally had the cuffs snapped on him. The cops could have been more discreet about his arrest. |
