78yo Man Charged After Sexual Assault with Hot Curling Iron.
78-Year-Old Man Uses a Hot Curling Iron to Sexually Assault His Wife After She Confesses to Cheating – 50 Years Ago! 78-year-old George Kephart from Derwood, Maryland was arrested for beating his wife, who suffers from severe dementia, and burning her genitals with a hot curling iron after she confessed to an affair that happened 50 years ago. He also tried to strangle her beforehand. Several days after the incident, a caretaker discovered the bruises on the woman’s neck, head, back, arms and legs. She told their son and he reported the abuse to the police. A subsequent sexual assault exam revealed the burns and torn internal flesh. Kephart was recently placed on unpaid administrative leave from his job of 15 years as a bus aide for children with special needs. He was charged with a first-degree sex offense, first-degree assault, and vulnerable adult abuse.
