6 Year Old American Girl Shot Dead by Her 4 Year Old Brother
On 8th April 2019 in Georgia (USA), 6 year old Millie Drew Kelly was accidently shot in her head by her 4 year old brother. Millie's mother, Courtney, had got her children in the car, ready to go out but the car wouldn't start. Courtney got out of the vehicle to see what was up. Courtney's son got hold of a handgun in the car (from the 'console' I assume this means the glove compartment) + a shot was heard. He had shot Millie in the right side of her head. Millie was rushed to the hospital but she passed away 2 days later on the 10th April. Terrible but why the fuck is a four year old able to get his hands on a loaded gun? Irresponsible gun owners give all gun owners a bad reputation. I feel for the family and the little girl who died but it's really not hard to keep your guns away from your children.  |

I think that in cases like this, if it can be proven that the child was able to get the weapon due to the owner being negligent in its storage, they should be charged with negligent homicide.

Why? if they weren't dumbasses, they'd have their children now.... but NO, carrying firearms in the car is EXTREMELY important, they were the solid type of: " muh raiiiights!!! Oh there should be at least two second amendments" Now it backfired  |

Family extends past the mother and father (or caregiver in charge), a loss will be felt throughout their whole family. But I agree with the rest.
