4 Dead, 14 Injured when Balcony Collapses During Party in France
18 people were on the balcony when it collapsed at about 11pm. As it fell, the structure smashed off two lower floor balconies. The building was said to have been built within the last 15 years, according to the local prefect. An inquiry has been opened into manslaughter and accidental injury.     |

Similar thing happened in Berkeley a year ago when a group of Irish people fell to their deaths when the balcony collapsed. It was found that there was rot and bad construction on the balconies, a lot of the injured are still messed up from the fall.
