2012 US East Coast Derecho & Storms
Anyone here in one of the areas affected by the recent derecho? Some of the areas affected also got storms the last few days, which knocked out power to even more areas. I'm interested in seeing some pictures if anyone has any from their area. Below are a few from my area. In the town I live in we didn't get much damage from the derecho itself, but one of the storms that hit yesterday. Total of 1.9 million people still without power across the areas hit.      |

That is terrifying  And us Brits moan at a bit of precipitation, I'll shut up from now on as we are lucky we don't get severe hardcore weather. I could do with the ice-cube bonus ball though. Just fill my glass and stick it out the window  |
