Re: 20 Year Old Man Kills 18 Month Old Child After Performing WWE Moves
There's no excuse for a 20 year-old grown man to be watching pro wrestling period.

Sucks to be this dude. He was probably just playing with the kid and was too stupid to be extra-careful about it. Now he's facing a negligent homicide rap at the very least.

Re: 20 Year Old Man Kills 18 Month Old Child After Performing WWE Moves
That's not always true. Depending on factors such as his criminal record (or lack thereof), his expression of genuine remorse before the court, requests for leniency by the victim's mother, etc., it's possible thay he may only serve a few years in actual prison and spend the rest of his time on probation. And if he does get sent to prison, he can request protective custody AKA administrative segregation. He would basically be in solitary most of the time and the rest of the inmates would think he's a coward/bitch, but he'd be a lot safer than he would be in general population. |

I'm going with he is a dumb ass who probably thinks it's not predetermined, but should not have been rough housing with a baby. NO excuses! In the old days, when it was decent, I'd drop guys off at different entrances. Bruno Sammartino wouldn't let opponents sit together in bars. |

There's no law against playing with your kids, or someone else's kids if that parent gives you permission. Intent to harm the child needs to be proven for any serious charges to stick in court. This guy better also hope that the child's mother testifies that it was indeed an accident. Was he careless and stupid? Probably. But does that necessarily mean that what he did was criminal? No. |
