The law in Germany is simply a joke, the asshole only got eight years because a few psychiatrists have certified him that he has not the mental maturity of an adult, so he was sentenced under juvenile criminal law. In juvenile law the maximum sentence is 10 years in Germany. The judge gave him only eight years because he has confessed immediately and has stabbed only once. That's just sick when you think the guy fucks his girlfriend in the back seat, pulling his cock out of her pussy and rams a knife 5 inch deep into her body, so hard that it breaks off. |
