| 2 Year Old Dies when Unattended Car Rolls into River Kiara Moore was found in the River Teifi in Cardigan, Ceredigion, Wales. Her mother had left her in the car while she went into her partners office it seems. At first the car was reported as stolen when the mother returned and the car was missing but police soon realised it had actually rolled into the freezing river it was parked infront of.
