Paris Jackson was rushed to the hospital early Wednesday morning after an attempted suicide, a lawyer for her grandmother, Katherine Jackson, confirmed.

"She's suffered with the loss of her father," the lawyer said. "But we don't know what she was exposed to that precipitated this."

LA County Fire officials confirmed to the News that they responded to an incident at the Jackson residence - though the call was for “a possible overdose.” “I don't know if there were any self-inflicted injuries,” inspector Scott Miller said.

Other reports suggest Jackson, 15, had cut her wrists.

Michael Jackson's only daughter was wheeled out of her Calabasas home on a stretcher and taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital early in the morning.

Jackson's biological mother Debbie Rowe, who she has recently reconnected with, also confirmed the ordeal - adding that the teen is still hospitalized, and saying she has had "a lot going on."

Another source says the reason Jackson tried to commit suicide because she was not allowed to attend a Marilyn Manson concert set to take place in Los Angeles on Thursday.

Messages on Jackson's Twitter page Tuesday night and early into Wednesday morning do suggest the teenager may have been upset, but there’s no mention of any concert.

Around the time of the incident, she posted lyrics to the Beatles song "Yesterday."

"Yesterday, all my troubles seemed so far away now it looks as though they're here to stay," she wrote.

Before that, Jackson wrote "I wonder why tears are salty?" and "omg… that conversation escalated quickly" - though she doesn't mention who or what she's referring to.

A source close to the teenager suggested Jackson has attempted suicide "in the past" but added that this time it was "far more serious."

"It was not a cry for help," said the source.

Don't really care to be honest. An absentee & really fucked up father + a mother who only bore you so they could say they had their favourite singer's kids & an extended family that only tries to be near you to hen peck the most successful member's estate equals this.
The right thing to do would be remove her from the Jackson's custody.

Problems millionaires have are problems we can't comprehend because we have never been millionaires. There is no such thing as a life without problems.

She and her siblings need to disappear and leave Michaels worthless family behind for ever.
