And now it emerged that Kenya was warned of the attack: they knew in advance that it would happen in Garissa and that the target was a University: some journalists who drove the same 365-kilometer distance are reported to have arrived before the special forces: not rumors, this has been confimed by the police in Nairobi. The best explanation that I can find is that they deliberately left to the attackers all the time that they needed to carry on the attack, five hours stuck in Nairobi "arranging for transport" (they say) makes no sense at all.
