14 Year Old Whipped To Death
Police have arrested four Islamic clerics after a 14-year-old girl was whipped to death for allegedly having an affair with a married 40-year-old man. The four suspects in Bangladesh are accused of ordering that Mosammet Hena was lashed 100 times in a religious fatwa. Fatwas are illegal in the majority Muslim south-Asian country but are still carried out in some remote villages. Local police chief Shahidur Rahman said the girl collapsed on Monday after she was lashed in public with a bamboo cane about 70 times. She was rushed to a hospital where she later died. Cops said the man involved in the affair, who is said to be the girl's cousin, was also sentenced to 100 lashes but had escaped. Speaking from the country's Shariatpur district, near the capital Dhaka, Rahman said cops were hunting the man. |

Just asking but why do people say pedo,what does it stand for? I use the term Chimo,CHI being for the word child and MO being for the word molester,put them together you get CHIMO,but I don't understand pedo.Anyway's poor girl and I hope they catch the Chimo!!!!!  |

I don't understand the rationale in that. Really I don't. Why is she to blame? If you're implying she's old enough to know right from wrong, and can be trusted to make a responsible, adult decision regarding sex at 14, then she should be regarded as an adult, and as such, she nor he--the 40-year-old--would've done nothing wrong. But that would make no sense at all. The reason for laws to protect children from adult sexual predators is to, well, protect the children. WHY DID THESE GUYS PUNISH THIS LITTLE GIRL IF SHE'S ONLY A CHILD? Fucking makes no sense at all. First, these clerics should be arrested, brought to justice and dealt with as child murderers. Second, the 40-year-old should, if caught, have his wanker chopped off.
