11 Year Old Guilty of Murder (update)

WHITE PINE (WATE) – An 11-year-old boy has been sentenced to spend the rest of his childhood in custody after he was found guilty of the murder of an 8-year-old girl.

A Jefferson County Juvenile Court judge found the boy guilty of the murder of McKayla Dyer, according to court documents. He was placed into custody by the Department of Children’s Services until he reaches his 19th birthday.

McKayla Dyer, a student at White Pine Elementary, was killed October 3, 2015 outside her home. Juvenile Judge Dennis “Will” Roach II, who presided over the boy’s case, wrote in a court order that the boy was playing with McKayla Dyer and her friend when he her to retrieve her puppies. After she said no, he went inside and shot her from his window with a shotgun.

“The mother of the child knelt on the ground and picked her child up, placing her child in her arms as she passed away,” wrote Judge Roach in the order. After the shooting, The boy’s great-grandparents claimed another child shot McKayla Dye, but according to the court order the boy actually threw the gun out the window to another child who picked up the gun, attempted to hand it back to him and then set it down on the ground.

Judge Roach concluded his order by stating that the boy is in “desperate need of help,” and our society has a great need for him to receive it. The boy’s grandmother’s told WATE 6 On Your Side they plan on appealing the ruling.

This is a sad story all around. Apparently the boys parents and grandparents were fucking losers so he went to the great grandparents. He probably does need help that is to say if he is not already a fucking psychopath who is way beyond helping.

He's beyond helping. Vicious animals are never the same after they've drawn human blood.

You can say that with absolute certainty? Nothing else is possible whatsoever?

Re: 11 Year Old Guilty of Murder (update)

this is a seriously fucked up story.... it makes me think of all the child soldiers in places like central africa and the middle east....they're just kids, they should be climbing trees and jumping in puddles not playing with shotguns and ak-47s and most definitely not thinking about killing people over nothing......

of course, if there were fewer guns around this might not have happened as it takes a ton more effort to kill someone without a gun

No trolling in this section.

Also, it's spelled "grateful;" and omnipotent means "all-powerful," not "all-knowing." The word you're looking for is "omniscient."

It also takes a ton more effort to defend yourself and/or your family against home invaders -- who don't obey any laws, let alone gun laws -- without a gun.

But hey, things ALWAYS get better when irrational fear-mongers allow a few psychopathic assholes to ruin it for the rest of us on a "maybe."

In this case, I highly doubt it. Some people really *are* quite simply born "bad."
