Crime & Courts - US Police: 11-Year-Old Massachusetts Girl Hit, Dragged by Truck Driven by Illegal Immigrant An 11-year-old Massachusetts girl was hit and dragged by a truck driven by an illegal immigrant, authorities said. Police say the suspect, 35-year-old Wanderson DaSilva-Neto, struck the sixth-grader as she rode her bike Wednesday as he pulled out of his driveway at his home in Ipswich, MyFoxBoston.com reports. DaSilva-Neto, who doesn't have a license, is in the country illegally and has an outstanding warrant for his deportation to Brazil, according to the website. The girl, identified as Kendra Williams, of Ipswich, Mass., was reportedly riding her bike to school at the time of the incident. He was probably so stressed about how all these evil laws we have here in the US persecuting him that he couldn't pay attention to the road... i say we drop all charges and grant him amnesty for all the suffering he has endured.

Untouchable? He's fucking sitting in jail isn't he? And his immigration status has no bearing on weather or not he can be sued for civil damages. If he can be served he can be sued!
