It's probably hell on his self -esteem too. I know when I was in junior high I was just a bit chubby but felt I was huge. Looking at old pictures I see I was not really fat. But compared to my siblings I was chubby. He is getting to the age when people start noticing bodies. I hope he gets healthy for so many reasons.

I think this may be going too far, just my opinion. If you want to see real child abuse, come and stay at my house for a couple of days and you can watch what goes on down the street from me. I have watched her wail on her children while CPS is in her house interviewing her. Once CPS was in her house and she left the small children on the porch expecting the neigbors to watch them. CPS is useless.

I just watched a special about how expensive it is for parents to buy healthy food for their children. It is cheaper for them to buy fast food. It bothers me that children are being killed by physical abuse and nothing is ever done. Now someone feeds their child too much and the government gets involved? I would like to see them take care of the first issue and then worry about overweight children.

Fast food turns out to be very expensive.

It's much cheaper to cook healthier food at home.
