A number of factors but i guess one of the main ones was her menarche (1st menstrual cycle) occurred at 8 months of age. I'm guessing some sort of rare hormonal condition was the reason behind this. It's not unheard of. Then unfortunately someone took advantage of her. They never did find out but some did suspect the father...it's an obvious choice but who really knows. The son died at around 40-50 years of age which is quite young....children of incest often have genetic conditions that often lead to early death.
