It's what I'm asking to myself since when I've read about his case, but I don't know Texas' laws. What are the possible alternative charges? Criminal negligence? Negligent homicide? Negligent endangerment of a child ? Manslaughter? AND I guess this is why they'd rather to charge them with 'injury' to a child, with the warrant that they'll spend the rest of their days into a prison forever, then Inmates will do the rest. |
