Unfortunately the situation for this poor kid up until his death was less of an emergency that the "REAL" cases the Family Services workers deal with......We need to start parenting and getting the welfare (Pay for having children) program dis-assembled. You help the ones that are willing to better themselves and you take the children out of the homes that have idiots for parents.
