I saw a guy, and I forget his crime, but, they gave him a lobotomy in prison. He became an idiot, and I don't mean that to be mean or funny. It was awful. No personality, couldn't think for himself. Very sad. He wandered around aimlessly.  I don't recall what country it was. I'll look for it.
