what do you think hospitals and clinics do with their biohazard waste there? I guarantee you they don't pay to have it disposed of properly the world's oceans are awash with medical waste...I stepped on a syringe on the beach in Acapulco once(didn't get poked, thankfully), so for me it isn't hard to imagine one in a favela |
