Woman on Train Turns into Zombie and Attacks a Sleeping Man
A woman who was unknowingly carrying the T-virus turned into a zombie on a public train and attempted to infect other passengers. The local police force, having been trained in preventing zombie outbreaks, dealt with the situation expeditiously.

I was thinking the same thing...something fishy about the whole thing. Makes you wonder if the coppers were in on it as well. There were an awful lot of coppers there way too fast. Maybe this was a student film?
