Woman Carrying Dog at Crosswalk Hit in the Head by Random Guy
Ukraine, an unknown man hit a woman at a pedestrian crossing. After knocking out the woman, holding a small dog, he calmly walked towards the center of the city. an eyewitness called the cops and tried to catch up with the attacker, but to no avail. Police however later detained the attacker. It turned out he suffers from a mental disorder. |

If I was a cop, I would randomly apply my nightstick to his head a few times, and see if that clears things up for him.
