You heard the blonder girl shouting it as she administered the beating; red shirt must have said she was going to 'kick her ass' behind her back, they meet and red shirt attempts it and is seriously rebuffed.

I think the converation went like this:

Blonder girl: Don't fookin' dare ever say you're going to kick my ass ???? ... "
Red Shirt: "Meee?"
Blonder girl: "... you fookin' hear me?"
Red Shirt: "You're pullin me by my hair!"
Blonder girl: "You bet your fookin' ass I am!"
Red Shirt: "Fookin' hell!!"

etc.
