A Waiting Colombian Woman Gets a Beating on the Street
A Colombian woman waits in the middle of a street in when out of nowhere a guy shows up and hits her brutally. Luckily some people who were nearby came in defense of the woman. The authorities have not yet received denunciations for the aggression, but told the assailant has been identified as the woman's partner. Many of the laws in Colombia are tremendously absurd, the judicial and penal system operates in a way that offers full guarantees to the perpetrators. When this woman does not make a formal complaint for this fact, the person that hit her will be able to remain in freedom as if nothing had happened |
