USA - Clear Backpacks Couldn't Stop Those Weapons
No info came with the video but this looks like your average American High School where everyone is required to carry see through backpacks.  A taller, bigger kid challenges the shorter one, which seems to be a bit of a miscalculation on his part. As the shorter kid said after the fight, his "shit got rocked!". I heard the word "momma" a couple times... not sure what that's about.
