Are you sure he brought it with him or possibly being under threat and duress he might have found it near where the incident occurred?
If someone was trying to run me over I’d do everything in my power to destroy that fucking asshole’s vehicle by whatever means at my disposal as well as calling the p o l i c e .
He was not found to be the aggressor by the law so there’s some validity to the description.
