Unprovoked Attack On Soldier

Daniel Moore, 22, of Lathkill Close, Bulwell, pleaded guilty to GBH and was jailed for three years and nine months for his part in an attack on a 19-year-old man in Nottingham on Sunday 5 June.

The victim was punched to the ground and then repeatedly kicked to the head by the three men as his fiancée attempted to shield him from the blows.

He suffered a broken jaw and injuries to his eye and has since made a full recovery.

Two other men, Aaron Winfield, 19, of Broxtowe Lane, Broxtowe, and Luke Stone, 21, of Cheviot Drive, Bulwell, have already been jailed in connection with the attack.

Winfield was sentenced to four years and Stone was jailed for four-and-a-half years.

DC Ian Holmes led the inquiry. He said: "The victim had been out for dinner with his fiancée when he was targeted by these individuals.

"The three cowardly men ganged up on him for no reason and the attack was entirely unprovoked - they had no respect for human life or that they could have caused catastrophic damage.

"His injuries were so severe that it was feared he may lose his sight, ending his career in the Army.

"Luckily he has made a full recovery and has returned to his regiment.

"Three dangerous individuals are now behind bars, where they will be unable to hurt anyone else."

Re: Unprovoked Attack On Soldier

They dont know who they messed with. Good thing they are not from other country or else that soldier might give them a revenge where they are jailed. :)

Re: Unprovoked Attack On Soldier

I was jeered, punched and spat at after a remembrance parade a few years ago by around 40 - 50 people some drunk some it transpired had been smoking "something" but each and everyone prayed at the same house of tricks.
I was there with a bunch of kids who where due to pass out into the military proper in a couple of weeks and had to show restraint as I was their instructor and had to keep them all calm whilst their rifles where collected and handed in to the armoury vehicle.

The Civ Pol where great as they saw I had the recruits under control and just let it roll so they could get their undercover slobbish looking people inside the public house (I'm sure they are not supposed to drink, the clowns in the pub not the police) and video those hanging out of the window to get as much evidence as possible. I was invited into the bar by the civ pol to identify those who had spat and thrown lit cigarettes at a bunch of kids in their dress uniforms...I heard the shouts of "you better not cum in ere soulja boi" and "we iz a**ahs army we iz and we kick your fuckin white ass" I accepted and went in and after pointing them out I flew at the ringleader and got 3 good punches on him in the hallway....Police said they saw nothing...thats how it should be. Come to my country, join my country. Do not stand against me and my kind....
