Well, if the cartels actually did that to most migrants trying to cross the border (instead of the reality, that the cartels are the ones enabling them to cross), we'd certainly have far fewer unvetted illegal migrants here in the states, that's for sure. Obviously they were just trying to scare them. Mission accomplished. Hope they wore their brown shorts that day.
