A woman joined a man in a blue shirt in an elevator with reporter Rodrigo Maia in a pink shirt filming them with his cell-phone. The man in the blue shirt tries to push and kick the reporter. Annoyed, Rodrigo then puts the cell phone down on the floor and attacks the man.

The woman gets out and the two fight in and outside the elevator. Rodrigo, who is known being a hot head manages to take down the man, who is approximately 65 years old. Even with his rival apparently out of shape and older, Rodrigo drags him by the shirt and continues the aggression.

Rede Gazeta issued the following note: "Gazeta Network decided to remove the reporter from its functions who was involved in a fight in the condominium where he lives. The aggressions were filmed by the security cameras of the building.
